When to start your own Design Startup?

Most of our final year & passed out students definitely willing to start their own startup, but do you know why most of the startups fail? Because of more commonly two reasons one is Experience and second is lack of monetary backup. So let's just discuss these points from my view. 

According to me after College students must experience job for at least 2-3 years. The first year will be transition period for a theory to practical & college to a job. Then after that, you will start to learn the importance of procedures, Hierarchy, handling pressure, deadlines, your own hands-on experience to all this. In that job span, they at least try two achieve a senior position as early as possible along with multitasking experience apart from your own department.  Side by side they can start saving money for their startup.  Along with the job if they can learn the new latest technology, new trends & software which will be of great help for their own startup growing.  This all experience will help in how to approach the client, marketing, handling clients, creating trendy designs, accounts, handling manpower & other. Lack of experience in handling accounts leads in poor business handling. Financial planning and managing will help you to grow your business in the right direction.  

Job VS Business

The job is constant fix income, where if you are growing upwards seniority wise will give you healthy constant increasing flow of income in terms of salary. Whereas Business is more like if you manage well then will give you more than a job salary but will have to handle multiple jobs on your own.  Passion drives the business. I will consider freelancing also under business.

Summary

In short, If you are Starting a company or planning to be in a job, your ultimate goal should be to reach the top.  For starting your career &/or business Wish you all the Best.
